This 44,000 sq. ft. residential condominium building, with four stories of condominiums and a basement-level parking garage, is located on the rapidly growing North end of Downtown. Sited on a corner beside the existing historic National Biscuit Bakery building, circa 1913, which contains office and residential space, the two share a common ?alley courtyard? which provides access to the residential units via exterior walkways. While the building is designed to pay homage to the exterior aesthetic and detailing of the existing building, it puts a modern spin on the idea of a factory building through the use of massing, fa?ade fenestration and materials.
