This house, situated adjacent to two fairways in a desired neighborhood is designed as a private retreat as well as a gathering place for extended family and friends. The largest structure in the center serves the immediate needs of the family. Surrounding this are private sleeping and bathing suites for the owner, a large screened-in porch for gatherings, an entertaining wing that includes full service spa facilities as well as a state-of-the-art media room and a carriage house with additional sleeping quarters above. The spaces separating the structures create an outdoor terrace with pool, an inviting entry court and a motor court. All of these combine to form a small village that is the perfect destination at the end of the day.
