Watershed
This office complex, conceived as shelters in the landscape, seeks to demonstrate a site-sensitive approach to commercial development. Five 4800 sq. ft. metal buildings, economical in cost but thoughtful in design, are organized on the property to retain existing trees and create outdoor gathering spaces. Rainwater, flowing across parking areas and roofs, is diverted into ?wetland troughs? that clean it before it leaves the site. Commerce and environment peacefully coexist.
